How do I get into the car park at night?

Your ticket or season ticket must be presented at the pedestrian access reader 24 hours a day. To leave the car park, the exit barrier automatically opens the gate.

How can I meet the sales department?

Our Boutik’ du Stationnement is located on level – 1 of the République car park. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

Is video surveillance footage available?

In accordance with regulations, we can only give CCTV images to the police. The images are kept for up to 30 days, so don’t delay in lodging a complaint in the event of an incident.

How do I contact Cénovia in an emergency?

In our car parks, you can call us 24 hours a day from the pay stations and automatic pay stations. Our operations centre can be reached on 02 43 23 50 15 .
