  The 24-hour pedestrian access points are located on Boulevard Lamartine and Rue d’Arcole.
  To collect your vehicle day or night, keep your ticket and use the 24-hour pedestrian access.

  The lift is reserved for PRMs and only gives access to the Palais des Congrès
